Hello Packing and Inventory Volunteers :),
District 19 has invited MAICO to sell literature and books at their annual workshop titled Legacy; on March 14. So we need help with Packing and Unpacking on March 11, 12, 13, 17. Please check your schedule and see if you are able to help us out 🙂
Instructions for using this Sign Up Sheet are next:
You will see 2 and 3 hour time slots. However, if your availability does not exactly match these times, please sign up for the one that is closest to the times you can come; and let us know in the “Comments” section what the actual beginning and end times are that work for you.You are welcome to sign up for more than one slot, either consecutive or separate ones. When you get to the office, our Office Manager, Lori, or another volunteer will let you know what to do.

Once you are in the Sign-up Sheet, go to the far-right column of the date you are choosing and click on the words Sign up in blue. On a phone you would swipe left.
- Sign up for a specific slot.

Then you will be in a form requesting your information. Fields with an asterisk are required fields. You will also see an optional box for the system to remember your information for future sign ups

Scroll to the bottom and click the green sign up bar

You will receive an immediate confirmation and also an email confirmation. At this time, it looks like the email will come the next day.

The system is also set to send you an email reminder 2 days before your shift.
