Hi Saturday Office Volunteers,
Wow, almost the end of 2025! With holidays are coming up, I hope you have a little time to check and see which Saturdays “next year” you might be available to cover the MAICO Office. If you that does not work for you to do now, you are welcome to come back to this sign up at a later date and see if you can fill any open Saturdays. Of course I will likely send out a reminder as needed 🙂
A big thank you to those of you who have volunteered last minute when there has been a need on short notice; or who have done a couple Saturdays in a row. We appreciate all of your service!
Instructions are below.
- Once you are in the the Sign-up Sheet, go to the far-right column of the date you are choosing and click on the words Sign up in blue

Then you will be in a form requesting your information. Fields with an asterisk are required fields. You will also see an optional box for the system to remember your information for future sign ups

Scroll to the bottom and click the green Sign Up bottom

You will receive an immediate confirmation and also an email confirmation. At this time, it looks like the email will come the next day.

The system is also set to send you an email reminder 2 days before your shift.
** If you do not receive the email reminders and/or have ANY other questions, comments, etc. please feel free to contact me.
NOTE: If you need to cancel a shift after having signed up, please contact me directly.
